Collaborative Work

Founded in 2005, GRG Playscapes has deep roots in the design-build world. For nearly two decades, we’ve been whole space makers—designing and building inspiring, functional environments that reflect the land, serve the community, and support natural play.

 

Truly effective spaces come from collaborative efforts; listening closely to the community stake holders as well as working with landscape architect firms and general contractor's to bring a client's vision to fruition. Our talented design and construction team bring decades of experience in site planning, holistic park and playground design, and construction detailing—blending creativity, technical skill, and a deep understanding of how to build an engaging natural play space.

GRG Playscape's award winning natural playgrounds follow playground safety standards with CPSI certified inspectors on staff. We create custom natural play elements and outdoor classrooms using natural materials—logs, stumps, boulders, sand, and water—to craft environments where children climb, dig, explore, and learn. We incorporate traditional playground elements- slides, ropes, swings, musical instruments into our product line with a focus on creating spaces that feel welcoming, accessible, playful and deeply connected to the natural world.

 

Each project is tailored to the needs of the children, the goals of the community, and the character of the site. From concept to construction, we uniquely understand the full process, collaborating with schools, early childhood centers, parks, and other points of interest to bring a client's vision to life. With the goal of creating engaging, durable and accessible natural playscapes that foster connection.
